Terms & Conditions

Draft — last edited 14 September 2026
This is a starting draft, not legal advice. It was written to accurately describe what this product actually does — who it bills, what data it stores, which third parties it uses — but a document a real business relies on to take payment and handle customer phone data should be reviewed by a lawyer qualified in your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

1. What this agreement covers

These terms govern your use of SancharAI ("the Service"), a platform that lets you configure AI voice agents to place and receive phone calls using your own Twilio account and your own AI provider (Groq, Ollama, or OpenAI). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your own accounts, your own costs

You connect your own Twilio account for telephony and your own AI provider key. Call charges and AI usage are billed to you directly by those providers, on their own terms and pricing — SancharAI is not a party to those charges and does not mark them up. SancharAI's own fee is limited to the plan you subscribe to, billed in agent-minutes as described on the pricing page.

3. Lawful use of calling

You are responsible for ensuring every call you place complies with applicable law, including:

  • Do-not-call and do-not-disturb registries in your jurisdiction
  • Permitted calling hours for commercial/marketing calls
  • Consent requirements for automated or AI-assisted calling
  • Disclosure requirements where call recording or AI use must be announced to the recipient

The call-window and daily-cap controls in Campaigns are provided to help you stay within calling-hours rules, but they do not by themselves guarantee compliance — you are responsible for configuring them correctly for your jurisdiction and audience, and for any consent or disclosure obligations that apply on top of them.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact lists you upload and for having a lawful basis to call each number on them. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected API keys confidential. Team members you invite act under your company's account and your company is responsible for their use of it.

5. Subscription, billing, and plan limits

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Minute and agent limits reset at the start of each billing period as described on the pricing page. Exceeding your plan's minute allowance pauses further AI-agent minutes until you upgrade or the period resets — it does not generate an overage charge without your action. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellation works.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Call quality and AI response latency also depend on your chosen Twilio route and AI provider, which are outside our control.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your company's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, in particular unlawful or non-consensual calling.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SancharAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from calls placed through your connected Twilio account or from the AI provider you configured.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address on your account.
